What is your returns policy?

I accept returns on all non-customised items, including clothing. If you find that your piece isn't quite right for you for whatever reason, just drop me a message within 14 days of receiving your item and I'll sort out the rest. Returns must be sent in their original condition and unworn. 

How long does it take to ship to the USA/Canada/Australia?

Standard shipping usually takes around 1-2 weeks, but please allow up to 4 weeks for your item(s) to be delivered due to customs.

What is your processing time?

Orders usually take between 1-3 working days to create, prior to dispatch. It takes time to make pretty things! During busier periods such as Christmas, please allow up to 5 working days prior to dispatch.
